FAQ
How does Scoop Squad work?
You pick your service schedule, fill out a quick form, and we handle the rest. We arrive on your service day, scoop the poop, sanitize our tools, and lock up when we leave. Invoices are sent monthly — no prepayment required.
Do I have to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and your dog is secured, you don’t need to be home. We’ll text you when we’re on the way and when we’re done.
Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?
For everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs be brought inside or secured during service. Friendly or not, some pups just don’t like strangers scooping their territory.
When and how do I pay?
We send monthly invoices after service is complete. You can pay online via credit card, Cash App, Venmo, or check. No hidden fees — just easy billing.
Do you clean your tools between yards?
Yes! We thoroughly sanitize all tools and shoes between every visit to prevent the spread of bacteria or parasites. Your yard is treated with the same care we’d give our own.
What if I have more than one dog?
No problem! We scoop for homes with multiple dogs every day. Pricing scales by number of dogs, and everything is listed clearly on our Services & Pricing page.
Do you offer one-time or emergency cleanups?
A: Yes! We offer one-time cleanups for parties, move-ins, or just a fresh start — and Rush Cleanups (within 24–48 hours) for an extra $25.
What if it’s raining?
A: We scoop in light rain but may reschedule in severe weather for safety and quality reasons. We’ll always keep you in the loop with texts or emails.
Is there anything you don't do?
We don’t:
- Scoop in yards with aggressive or loose dogs present
- Clean up indoor waste or cat litter
- Handle hazardous waste or large animal removal
